Goodman Draft Inducer Motor

The Goodman Draft Inducer Motor Model 0131M00002PSP is meant to be compatible with Goodman and Amana products. The draft inducer is a fan located on the inside of the furnace near the heat exchanger. Before your furnace ignites its burners when you turn it on, the draft inducer clears out any combustion gases that might be lingering within the heat exchanger from the previous heating cycle.
